The Terms & Conditions are incorporated into each inventory agreement entered into between the online publisher and the customer, whether or not the advertising order form or any other document which the customer signs makes reference to these terms.

The advertisers who are paying by invoice, on the first day of contract they will be invoiced. Payment to the publisher will be made in full in real and will also be exclusive of V.A.T. chargeable and this will be payable at the advertiser. The advertiser will be responsible for all the expenses (including legal fees) incurred by the publisher in collecting the amount, if the advertiser fails to make the payment in the event.

The advertisers must supply an advertising copy to the publisher. If the advertiser does not send the required copy by the quoted copy date, the publisher may cancel it. Advertisement rates may be revised at any time therefore advertiser has the option either to cancel the remainder of the order without surcharge or can continue at the revised rates.

The artwork and property and other items of advertisers are hold by the publisher at the advertiser’s own risk, therefore these should be insured against the loss or damage. Bizzyads will not be responsible for any loss or damage of advertisers.

In the condition of late payment, the publisher reserves the rights to suspend the advertiser’s information that is posted on the website.


Membership in Bizzyads.com is subject to the prior approval of Bizzyads. Bizzyads reserves all the rights to refuse the service to any Publisher at its sole direction with or without any cause, either he is new or existing. Bizzyads also reserves the rights to reject, exclude or omit any Publisher or Website any time for any reason as its sole liability and this can be done with or without any notice to the Publisher regardless whether he was accepted earlier.

The affiliate members of Bizzyads will have to accept this website as it is. Bizzyads is also not liable for any worm, virus or other device which could impair or damage any device, person or entity. Bizzyads does not and will not infringe the copyright, trademark, patent or other proprietary right of the members.


Bizzyads settles the payment for the publishers for the number of the valid clicks within a period of 30-60 days and this is after the balance of publisher reaches up to USD 100 or more. Only the Publisher will be responsible for any extra charges such as transaction fees, applicable ad serving and taxing fees, cost-of-money/bad-debts fees, and campaign referral fees. Bizzyads will not accept any invoice from the publisher. Bizzyads reserves the rights not to pay any accounts or the Publishers which go against any terms and conditions, set forth herein. Bizzyads will determine as its sole discretion, what omission or act violates this policy and which act includes activity of deceptive or fraudulent nature.


Publisher will have to support Bizzyads commitment for protecting the privacy of online community. Such statements are set forth in the privacy statement of Bizzyads which is incorporated into the agreement.


Bizzyads reviews the traffic of every publisher on a daily basis. Those publishers who commit the fraudulent activities which include the false clicks, incentivised clicks and false impressions, will have the permanent removal of their account from our website and hence they will not be compensated for fraudulent traffic. Bizzyads also reserves the rights to register these fraudulent publishers in a global fraud database of ad network for the usage by other ad networks. No publisher can induce a visitor to click on ads.

The methods to generate the interest of visitors are also unacceptable by the following methods such as use of unsolicited mails, auto-spawning of browsers; blind text links, automatic redirecting of users, misleading links, and clicking on you own banners.


Bizzyads reserves the right to terminate relationship of any Publisher at any time. Publishers will get the termination notice via email or any other public means which will be effective immediately. All the legitimate earnings due up to the time of termination will be paid to the publisher in the next scheduled payment cycle. Upon termination, publisher will not get any future commissions of referrals.


Bizzyads reserves the right to change any condition of this contract at any time. Bizzyads will also publish the changes to the agreement in the publisher areas available at the site. Therefore members are responsible for complying with any changes to the agreement within 10 business days from the date of change.
